First of all, raise your hand if you have ever eaten Nutella straight out of the jar. Anyone that didn't is either allergic to nuts or a liar! ;)
Nutella is AH-MAY-ZING. So good I need to add two extra letters to spell amazing! Chocolatey hazelnut-y spread - there is no way something that delicious could be healthy - and yet somehow we were allowed to eat it on toast for breakfast as kids. It was like this little treat that you didn't want to question too much in case your parents realised you shouldn't eat it! Interestingly, Ferrero (the maker of Nuella) got sued in the United States in a class action for claiming that Nutella was healthy, and should be part of a "nutritious breakfast". We haven't yet seen something similar in Australia as of yet!
These tick every box. They are soft and moist and so flavoursome. I made them for a party and they were just raved about! I then made a second batch for my work bake sale, and kept a few for myself too! As well as being really yummy, they are also easy peasy. Four ingredients, one bowl, mix and bake and you're done!
